Luzmaria Palacios-Voehl (Lucy) is a Venezuelan painter whose work blends deep cultural roots with refined artistic training. She studied at the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, where she developed her unique voice in painting and visual expression. Her foundational artistic journey began in Venezuela, where she trained under the mentorship of the renowned Venezuelan painter Alvarez De Lugo, whose influence helped shape her strong technical skills and narrative depth.

Known for her evocative use of color, symbolism, and spiritual themes, Luzmaria has exhibited her work both nationally and internationally, captivating audiences with her emotive compositions and mastery of form. In addition to her contemporary work, she is an accomplished iconographer, writing religious icons that reflect a profound reverence for sacred art traditions.
